Your download dialog window will give you the option to Open or Save the file. Select Save to copy it to your computer. Select Open to install from the Internet. Some ISP providers or computer settings may block this action.

Then another window will appear titled "Security Warning". "Do you want to install and run SETUP.EXE?" CLICK "YES" to continue. Another message will appear that reads "The publisher cannot determine......etc." CLICK "YES" to continue.

The file name is SETUP.EXE. Just execute the program to install it. You can also install it directly from the Internet (except NETSCAPE).
