TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Support is provided only for the registered version. We do not charge for technical support except when the nature of the call does not directly relate to the program or the number of calls has deemed to be excessive.
Support is for assisting you with installation of the program and the basic questions on getting setup and started with the program and questions about custom program changes and charges, and file problems. For network installations you must be knowledgeable of how to map drives and allow file sharing.
Please do not leave your number after hours. We do not return technical support calls (consider the price of the software). Support is provided only on registered versions. You can email you questions of you prefer.
COPYRIGHT
This software may not be rented, shared with other entities under the same license, or sold outside the USA. The software is licensed to only one owner at a time and requires that any and all copies of the software be destroyed when passing ownership to another person or company. Licensing is for one physical location only.
You are authorized to install the program on more than one computer at the same address. Businesses with multiple business locations are expected to purchase additional copies.
